Making a Rental Reservation
Please browse out website and add our rentals to your shopping cart. Contact us via email with the items you are wanting to rent along with the date and pick up or delivery time. We will get back to your email as soon as possible to accommodate your reservations. Once a deposit is received you will receive a confirmation email with your rental items, remaining balance and pick up date and time or delivery date and time.
Rental Period
All rentals are 24 hour. If rentals are needed longer please contact for multi day rental pricing.
Changes or Cancellations
When items are booked for your event it is being taken out of our inventory for that date. If changes to your order need to be made they must be done 14 days prior to your pick up date and will be based on available inventory. Failure to cancel items 14 days prior will result in security deposit not being returned to the customer. Please contact us via phone, text or email to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
Damage Deposit / Damage Waiver
A security deposit for half of your order total will be required. Security deposit can be paid by cash, etransfer or credit card. The security deposit will be returned to the customer when products are returned unless damaged or missing. Please allow bank processing time for refunds back on credit cards. Security Deposit covers damaged or missing items, stained linens, cleaning fees for items returned not properly cleaned. A damage waiver must be signed and returned back via email or at the time of pick up. The damage waiver holds the customer responsible for all rental items in their possession from the time of pick up until drop off.
Late Returns
Please be diligent to return rentals within the 24 hour time frame as we may have your items being rented after your return. Failure to return rentals back in time will result in a half day rental charge on each item in your possession and a one way delivery charge to pick the items up.
